In order to create an employment environment in which all employees, both male and female, can thrive, we have formulated the following action plan.

(1) Providing opportunities for professional life
Goal 1: Aim for the proportion of female workers among all new hires to be 30% or more.

●In our recruitment activities, we will actively publicize our company by having female employees currently working for us participate in internships, etc.
●Publish interviews with female employees on the company's recruitment website, etc., to appeal to students and job seekers that the company is a workplace where women can thrive.
(2) Creating an employment environment that helps people balance their work and family lives
Goal 2: Reduce the average overtime and holiday working hours per employee to less than 30 hours per month.
<Measures>
● Understand the actual overtime and holiday working hours in each department.
Based on the actual situation, a committee will be established to consider measures to reduce overtime work in departments where overtime and holiday work hours exceed the standard.
