(1) Developing an employment environment to support pregnant workers and workers raising children in balancing their professional and family lives

1. The rate of childcare leave taken during the contract period shall be at or above the following levels.
Male employees: 50% or more
Female employees: 80% or more of all female employees and female employees on fixed-term contracts

Continue to publicize the childcare leave system, childcare leave benefits under the Employment Insurance Act, consultation desks, etc.
● Consider creating an environment that makes it easier to take childcare leave.
We will continue to regularly provide and inform pregnant and child-rearing employees about systems that help them balance work and childcare, such as childcare leave and reduced working hours for childcare.

(2) Providing diverse working conditions that contribute to reviewing work styles

2. The average overtime and holiday working hours of all employees will be less than 30 hours per month.

● Understand the actual overtime and holiday working hours in each department.
Based on the actual situation, a committee will be established in departments where overtime and holiday work hours exceed the standard to consider measures to reduce overtime work.
