Efforts on Conflict Minerals Issues

It has become a major international problem that minerals originating from conflict-ridden areas such as the Democratic Republic of the Congo (DRC) and its neighboring countries have become a source of funding for arming anti-government forces that commit human rights violations and acts of violence.
