Overview of the carbide threading cutter NC program creation software
Version 2.0 of the carbide threading cutter NC program creation software is an application software used to create programs for NC machining with MOLDINO threading tools (Epoch Thread Mill and Epoch D Thread Mill). You can use this program after downloading it from the link below.
(The data is compressed in ZIP format, so please use unzip it prior to use. It does not need to be installed on the OS.)
How to use
Save "ThreadMillNC.zip" to the location of choice on your computer and unzip it.
Run "ThreadMillNC.exe" in the "ThreadMillNC" folder created after unzipping.
Menu
Select the type of tool to use.
Input of conditions
Select or enter the required information indicated by the blue items on the screen and click "Create NC Program".
Program display
Displays the NC program.
You can copy the program to the clipboard by placing the cursor directly on the program and pressing Ctrl+C. The program can then be pasted into any NC program.
You can also save the program as a .nc format file by using [Save to File].
Points to note
The NC program created does not guarantee the accuracy of the threads.
Be aware that we are unable to accept responsibility for any mechanical issues.
Only FANUC control devices can be used.
Always perform a dry run of the machine to thoroughly check its operation before using the NC program.
