Development technology

Original, mold-specific tools completed in-house, from materials, to development, production and inspection

The driving force behind MOLDINO's lineup of tools, ranging from indexable cutting tools to carbide end mills, drilling, threading, and chamfering tools, lies in its three domestic plants – (1) The Narita plant for developing and producing carbide materials and indexable cutting tools; (2) The Yasu Plant, which covers a wide range from solid tools to regrinding and recoating tools; and (3) The Uozu Plant, which supports stabilization of the production process. We respond to a variety of needs with our “originality” that utilizes each of these characteristics.
